Beverly Hills Project Earns Chinese Firm Local Accolade


Beijing architecture firm MAD has been given this year’s “Best Design Concept” award from the Los Angeles Business Council’s architecture awards for its residential proposal at 8600 Wilshire. This is MAD’s first residential project in the United States, though it has been tapped for other non-residential projects like the proposed Lucas Museum of Narrative Art in Chicago.
